Ba cánh hoa này duy trì màu cam căn bản nhưng có thêm màu hồng trong mỗi cánh hoa, để cho bốn màu giờ đây đều được thấy. These three petals preserve the fundamental orange but add the colour rose in every petal, so that four colours are now seen. These petals are organised and vitalised in the Hall of Learning, but remain unopened. The outer tier of petals simultaneously unfolds till it is open entirely, revealing the second circle; the third remains shielded.
