Sáng nay, tôi xin trao thêm cho các bạn vài tư tưởng về tham thiền. Những tư tưởng này cũng dính dáng ít nhiều đến vấn đề bàn hôm qua và trong bức thư ngày 16 tháng trước.
Let me this morning give you some more thoughts on the subject of meditation; they will bear somewhat on the matter given yesterday, and on the 16th ultimo.
Mục đích căn bản của tham thiền là giúp sự chỉnh hợp, để phàm ngã giao tiếp với Chân ngã, và do thế mà ngày càng quen thuộc với Chân nhân. Để sáng tỏ hơn, tôi sẽ bàn đề tài này dưới các mục sau:
